What We Offer

Here at BAAT we offer a number of services.
Primarily we offer animal assisted therapy, which can be either a visit to a care home, hospital or nursing home etc or regular sessions here at the home of BAAT.

Our main work is with young people with challenging behaviour and special needs but we also offer an excellent service to other users, for example suffering from depression or low self esteem.

Contact us to discuss your needs in detail. We always offer a free introduction and informal assessment to a new client wanting to visit us on the farm.

Our handlers and animals get involved in charitable events such as Palm Sunday parades and Nativity plays. We offer these two occasions free of charge , only asking for a mileage fee and a donation to the donkeys charities which this year are, The Whitton Rosser Trust & The Donkey Sanctuary in Devon.

We could also come to your fun day or Christmas fair.

If you have a friend or relative that loves animals we can offer an up close and educational experience day. Talk to us directly about your requirements.

Children’s parties are so much more special if a donkey is invited. You could have your party here at the farm and after spending time grooming the donkeys and then adjourn to the 32 ft static caravan to share your party food and cake. We could bring a donkey to your own party too!

Need us to visit your school, nursery or college. No problem, our animals are very familiar with the classroom and can facilitate a great educational session.
